Accessibility Statement
Last updated: February 21, 2026
Our Commitment
Aurayla (16841082 Canada Inc.) is committed to improving digital accessibility for people with disabilities across the experiences we operate today, including the public marketing site, authentication and onboarding on the web, and member tools you access through browsers. We work toward aligning those web surfaces with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and with the goals of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), recognizing that accessibility is an ongoing effort.
Standards
Our design and engineering goals include:
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a reference standard for web content
- Compatibility with common assistive technologies where feasible
- Alignment with applicable accessibility requirements in Canada, including Ontario's accessibility laws
What We Are Working Toward
The following reflects current goals, not a guarantee of conformance in every view or release:
- We aim to support keyboard navigation for essential marketing, login, signup, and onboarding flows on the web
- We aim to use clear focus indicators on interactive controls in those experiences
- We aim for readable type and sufficient contrast on our default marketing site and authenticated web theme
- We aim for responsive layouts for feed, ideas, messaging, and meet surfaces when delivered in the browser
- We aim to associate labels with form controls for account creation, profile basics, and settings we expose on web
- We aim to respect prefers-reduced-motion in web UI where we use motion for decoration or feedback
Native Apps
Auraylais also available on iOS and Android. Those clients follow each platform's assistive technology conventions (VoiceOver, TalkBack, larger text, and system motion settings, for example). Meet mode and camera-based flows may have additional limitations on certain devices; if something blocks you from completing a critical task, email us with device model and app version so we can prioritize improvements.
Feedback
If you use assistive technology and cannot access content or a function on Aurayla, or if you have a suggestion to improve accessibility, please email contact@aurayla.com with the page or screen, your device and browser (if web), and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within ten (10) business days.
You may also review our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information in support requests.
Formal Complaints (Ontario)
If you are located in Ontario, you may file an accessibility complaint with the provincial government under applicable regulations. Information is available through Ontario's accessibility directorate.
